Build the strength, mobility, active flexibility, and body control needed to support your pole practice. This class uses Pilates principles and props including resistance bands, Pilates balls, rings, and yoga blocks to improve shoulder stability, core engagement, flexibility, and overall movement quality.

By registering for this class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I voluntarily choose to participate in Pilates classes instructed by Mia Ahn.

• I understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injuries.

• I certify that I am physically able to participate and will modify exercises as needed.

• I understand that Pilates instruction is not medical treatment, physical therapy, diagnosis, or healthcare advice.

• I agree to notify the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postpartum considerations, pain, dizziness, or discomfort that may affect my participation.

• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Mia Ahn and Red’s Studio from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
