A 50-minute non-heated Pilates class followed by a relaxing sound healing experience at The Garden Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

This class is designed for all levels and focuses on mindful movement, core strength, mobility, posture and full-body wellness in a welcoming and uplifting environment. Expect low-impact movements that leave you feeling strong, grounded and refreshed.

We'll be partnering with House of Vibration to close out class with a calming sound healing experience designed to help you reset and reconnect.

Whether you're new to Pilates or already on your wellness journey, this class is a space to move intentionally, connect with community, and pour back into yourself.
