PLAY IT OUT: RESET is a 50-minute improv + wellness experience designed to help you get out of your head, release the week, and reconnect through movement, laughter, and play.

We’ll ease in with grounding and light movement, then move into beginner-friendly improv, acting, and connection exercises that encourage spontaneity, presence, confidence, and letting go.

No improv or acting experience needed. No pressure to perform or be “funny.” Just come ready to move, connect, laugh, and reset.
