This is a class held at Red’s studio in Huntington Park structured for pole dancers wanting to condition and learn body awareness. 

$15 cash/venmo/zelle for a drop-in
$25 for 2 class credits
$40 for 4 class credits
$65 for 10 classes

all props and mats provided
