POWERCHAIN.RVA PARTICIPATION WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in strength training, conditioning, mobility exercises, and other physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, muscle strains, sprains, cardiovascular events, injury, or other health complications.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will inform the coach of any injury, medical condition, limitation, pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concern that may affect my ability to exercise safely.

I understand that PowerChain.RVA and its coaches do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and that I am responsible for seeking medical clearance when appropriate.

By registering and participating, I release and hold harmless PowerChain.RVA, its owners, coaches, contractors, and the host training facility from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation, except where prohibited by law.

If an emergency occurs, I authorize reasonable emergency assistance to be provided and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and assumption of risk.
