Get ready to bounce, sweat, and have fun during this high-energy trampoline fitness class at RF Studios Miami! Rebound Jump Fit combines cardio, dance-inspired movement, strength training, and full-body toning—all performed on an individual mini trampoline.



This energetic, music-driven workout will challenge your core, legs, glutes, and arms while improving balance, coordination, and endurance. The trampoline absorbs much of the impact, creating a joint-friendly workout that still delivers a serious sweat.



No trampoline fitness experience is required. Our instructor will guide you through every movement and offer modifications, making the class approachable for beginners while still challenging experienced participants.
