**Kick off your weekend with the Recovery Runners!**

Lace up with the DSR Recovery Runners, a Denver community built on the idea that recovery is just as vital as the workout. We meet every other Thursday! **Don't forget your bathing suit so you can jump in the cold plunge with us after the run!**

The Plan:
• 6:30 PM: Meet at DSR for a brief intro.
• 6:45 PM: Casual 5K run (All paces welcome!).
• Post-Run: Hang out with local vendors, tour the space, and meet the community.
What to Bring:
✨ A towel (Trust us, you’ll want to try out the facility tech!)

✨ Good vibes
