SAFETY AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Soma Reform requires all clientele to agree to and sign a liability waiver prior to participation in classes/events. This is standard practice and non-negotiable.

In attending any Soma Reform run class/event, within the state of Texas, I agree that I do so at my own risk. I further recognize that participation in activities at Soma Reform events (reformer pilates, SUP, hiking, walking, running, padel, etc.) requires physical exertion that may cause physical injury, discomfort or death, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activities at Soma Reform events. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to me using facilities and equipment, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Soma Reform, its owners, employees, and members from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of actions, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting or arising out of my or a member's use or intended use of the facilities and equipment provided by Soma Reform.

In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment provided by Soma Reform, I agree that Soma Reform shall not be liable for any damages arising from any personal injuries sustained by any guest or member on or about the premises of Soma Reform’s events. I warrant, represent, and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to health, safety, comfort, or physical condition if I do so engage or participate. If my health condition changes or I become pregnant, I agree to inform Soma Reform. I will take responsibility for my health and safety and avoid any exercises I have been advised by my physician not to do. Soma Reform shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of a guest or member.

REFUND POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Please note our CLASS refund policy differs from our events. Cancellations must be made by 6pm the evening before your class for a full refund or return of class in class pack. If cancelation is made after that but before 1hr before class start you will receive a 50% refund, or 50% credit for your class used. No shows will not receive a refund and result in a loss of their class pack.

This policy ensures fairness to all participants signed up for class and on waitlist and helps us manage class logistics effectively to provide everyone, including our venue hosts, with the best experience as we operate in a studio pop-up model. We aim to provide a more flexible policy in the future.
