**Midweek Reset: Sound Bath Meditation at Glessner House**



Pause in the middle of the week and return to yourself.



As the evening settles over the city, join Mecca Elevated at the historic Glessner House for a restorative sound bath meditation experience designed to help you soften the noise of the week and settle back into your body. Sessions begin at 7:00pm and, weather permitting, take place outdoors on the private enclosed lawn and courtyard,  a peaceful oasis tucked within the city and surrounded by the timeless beauty of Glessner House.



Through the guided sound meditation, you’ll be invited into a restorative experience created to calm the nervous system, quiet mental overstimulation, and support deep rest. As the evening slows around you, the sound becomes a place to release tension, reconnect with your breath, and create space between yourself and the constant pace of daily life.



No meditation experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into stillness. Many guests leave feeling lighter, grounded, emotionally clear, and more connected to themselves moving into the rest of the week.



**Please Note:**
Weather permitting, sessions will be held outdoors in the enclosed courtyard and lawn area. In the event of rain or weather concerns, sessions will move indoors. **July 15 will be held indoors.**



What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable  blanket, pillow, eye mask, or additional cushioning. Limited pre-reserved mats are available
