**Hot Rhythmic Power** is a flow class where movement and breath are synced to the beat of the music, The breath is used as a guide throughout the practice.

In this class the flow becomes musical, training the breath, body and attention into rhythmic coherence.

Class cues are shorter as woven directly into the music, creating a seamless relationship between sound and motion. With a calm, measured tempo, the practice supports sustained focus, easeful effort, and a deeply embodied flow state.

Breath is approached with care and precision. Counted and felt rather than assumed, it becomes a steady anchor—supporting regulation, endurance, and a meditative quality of attention throughout the practice.

The practice builds strength, flexibility and endurance while promoting a sense of balance, relaxation and mindfulness.
