What if movement didn’t have to be about getting it right?



Ritmo Sagrado is a 75-minute embodied movement experience blending global sacred rhythms, intuitive movement, cardio, breath, and resistance band strength work to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your own way of moving.



This is **not a dance class**, and you do not need rhythm, coordination, flexibility, or previous movement experience to join us.

**In this class, you will receive:**

Ritmo Sagrado is a space to move without performance, comparison, or pressure.



There is no choreography you need to memorize.
There is no perfect way to move.


You do not have to keep up with anyone else.



Your facilitator will guide you through the experience while giving you space to move at your own pace, modify movements, take breaks, or simply listen to what your body needs that day.



We begin by slowing down and arriving in the body through breath and grounding. From there, the energy gradually builds through rhythmic movement, cardio, intuitive expression, and strength exercises using elastic resistance bands.



Some moments will be guided.

Other moments will invite you to explore movement in your own way.



The intention is not to perform. It is to **feel.**



To notice your body.. to build strength... to take up space.
To explore confidence and expression.
And to experience movement alongside other people who are doing the same.



Ritmo Sagrado is rooted in four intentions:

**SACRED BELONGING** — You do not have to become someone else to belong here.

**EMBODIED PRESENCE** — An opportunity to move out of the thinking mind and reconnect with what you feel in your body.

**AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION** — Space to explore movement without needing it to look a certain way.

**COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY** — Moving alongside others can remind us that caring for ourselves does not always have to happen alone.



Everything offered throughout class is an invitation.&#x20;

**You are encouraged to listen to your body and choose the version of the movement that feels supportive for you.**



🟢 **CLASS STRUCTURE & FLOW | 75 MINUTES**

☯️ **Grounding + Intention:** Begin with breathwork and a short grounding practice to help you arrive, notice your body, and choose an intention for your experience if you would like.



☯️ **Warm-Up + Activation:** Gentle movement through the hips, spine, shoulders, and full body to gradually increase mobility and prepare your body for movement.

☯️ **Sacred Movement Journey:** Move through global rhythms with a combination of guided movement, intuitive expression, cardio, and space to explore what feels natural in your own body.



☯️ **Strength + Resistance:** Explore intentional strength exercises using elastic resistance bands. You will be guided through each movement and encouraged to adjust the intensity to meet your body where it is.



☯️ **Cool-Down + Integration:** Gradually slow the pace through gentle movement and breath, giving your body an opportunity to settle after the more active portions of class.



☯️ **Closing + Community:** We close together with an affirmation, gratitude, and a moment to notice how you feel before stepping back into the rest of your day.

Ritmo Sagrado gives you an opportunity to experience movement as more than exercise.



You may notice yourself feeling stronger, more energized, more expressive, or more present in your body.

You may discover movements that feel natural to you.

You may notice where you tend to hold back.



You may simply sweat, laugh, move, and have fun.

And being surrounded by others who are each moving through their own experience creates something important too: **permission.**



Permission to take up space.

Permission to move differently. That is part of the deeper purpose behind Ritmo Sagrado..  using movement as another pathway back to yourself while creating connection with the community around you.
