join the nomad yoga studio on the rooftop for a *MICHAEL JACKSON* sunset sculpt!

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

arrive by 5:45pm to:

• 🧘🏼‍♀️ roll out your mat before class
• 🌅 enjoy the sunset & rooftop views
• 📸 take pictures on our digital camera
• 🩷 meet our community of nomads!

class begins at 6:00pm:

• ✨ a 60-minute, all-levels yoga sculpt class
• (a high-energy flow incorporating strength, pilates & cardio)
• 🎶 a full MICHAEL JACKSON themed playlist
• ⭐️ resistance bands provided

 

WHAT TO BRING

• - your own yoga mat
• - water
• - your QR code ticket

we do not have extra mats available.

📍 VIB HOTEL — TEMPE

free parking is available at the hotel, with public restrooms onsite.

take the elevator up to the 6th floor rooftop!

 

class is also walkable from ASU campus, and the streetcar stops at 5th St & Ash Ave.
