-Sunday: 7:30 AM, 9 AM, 6:30 PM

-Monday + Wednesday: 7 AM, 7 PM

-Tuesday + Thursday: 7 AM, 8 AM, 7 PM, 8:30 PM

-Friday: 7 AM, 5:30 PM

-Saturday: 9 AM, 10:30 AM

We are located on the top of the parking garage across from the entrance to the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn hotel at 2033 E 5th Street. From the parking garage entrance, take the stairs or the elevator up to the 3rd floor.



We have mats to rent, blocks, shoe storage, bathrooms, water fillers, sunscreen, bug spray, and vibes!&#x20;



ALL levels welcome. We can't wait to flow in the open air with you!&#x20;



In the case of rain, we'll move to the covered hotel courtyard and alert attendees ahead of time. Class is CANCELLED for thunder and lightning.
