Join us for an intimate hot pilates sculpt class and sound bath, hosted in Miami Beach. This September, I'm teaching a 50-minute sculpt session followed by a 15-minute sound bath led by Madeleine Rodriguez, with 100% of ticket proceeds going to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund.

Post-class, unwind with bites provided by Pura Vida.

Spots are limited to 22 attendees for an intimate, connected experience. Come sweat, unwind, and be part of something meaningful.
