Discolates – Class Waiver & Release of Liability
By attending and participating in this Discolates event at Before & After Sound Lab, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation & Physical Activity
I understand that participation in this movement-based class involves physical activity and carries potential risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or discomfort. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my health, actions, and well-being before, during, and after the class. I release Bianca Falcon, Discolates, Before & After Sound Lab, and any associated instructors or staff from all liability related to any injury or harm that may occur.
2. Products, Gifts, and Giveaways
I understand that any products, samples, or gifts offered or distributed at the event are provided "as-is." It is my responsibility to review all ingredients, materials, or usage instructions to ensure they are safe for me to consume, use, or apply. I release Bianca Falcon, Discolates, and any event partners from liability for any reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use or consumption of any gifted items.
3. General Event Activities
I acknowledge that all additional activities hosted during the Discolates event are voluntary, and I participate at my own risk. I release all involved parties from liability for any incident or injury related to these activities.
4. Lost or Stolen Items
I understand and agree that Discolates and Before & After Sound Lab are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
5. Photo & Video Consent
I consent to the use of photographs and video footage taken of me during the event for promotional purposes only. I understand these images may be used on social media, websites, or marketing materials by Discolates or its partners. No additional use beyond promotion will occur without my explicit consent.
By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms above.
