A high-energy fusion of K-pop style and pom technique, this class brings together sharp execution, dynamic musicality, and expressive performance. Open to all levels, K-Pom focuses on building clean arm lines, precision, and control while embracing the confidence and performance quality inspired by K-pop choreography.

Class will start with technique-driven drills to strengthen hits, timing, and stamina, followed by learning a fun, stylized combo that blends powerful pom movement with K-pop flair. Expect a balance of structure and performance, with an emphasis on individuality and stage presence.

Liability Waiver & Media Release Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in classes, workshops, events, and activities hosted by Sparc Social Collective LLC (“Sparc”):

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance classes, fitness activities, and related events involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, muscle strain, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sparc Social Collective LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns. I agree to stop participation if I feel any pain, discomfort, or concern for my safety.

4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions given by Sparc instructors and staff and to participate in a safe and respectful manner. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.

5. Property & Personal Belongings
I understand that Sparc is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to events or classes.

6. Photo & Media Release
I grant Sparc Social Collective LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and participation during classes and events. I agree that Sparc may use this content for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and advertising purposes without compensation or further approval. I understand that all media captured is the property of Sparc Social Collective LLC.

7. COVID-19 / Communicable Illness Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that participation in group activities may increase the risk of exposure to illness. I agree to participate at my own risk and will not attend if I am experiencing symptoms of illness.

8. Agreement & Release
I have read this agreement fully and understand its terms. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to all conditions stated and acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.
