📍 Groundworks Dance

Train with Industry Professional Porsche Velour for a 90-minute experience rooted in sensual movement, confidence, and intentional performance quality.

Class will begin with foundational drills designed to help you deepen body awareness — focusing on fluidity, control, textures, transitions, and presence — before moving into a dynamic sensual choreography combination that blends strength and softness.

What to expect:
• Sensual movement foundations
• Floor and standing transitions
• Musicality + performance coaching
• Choreography designed to elevate artistry and confidence

Heels are optional — wear what makes you feel powerful. Knee pads recommended if you have them.

All levels welcome. Come ready to explore, refine, and step fully into your movement. ✨
