This class is all about linking breath to movement, building heat, and finding that sweet spot between strength and ease so you walk away feeling grounded, energized, and ready to take on whatever Wednesday throws at you.



Can't make it to the studio? No worries! Every class is recorded live, so you can flow with us virtually from wherever you are (yes, even in your living room, coffee in reach).
