Join us for an afternoon of activation, renovation and relaxation.

Following an energizing Kundalini yoga session, you’ll be guided into a therapeutic sound journey where soothing vibrations support deep nervous system regulation, grounding, and effortless relaxation, leaving you feeling centered and renewed.

5:45: Snacks + Optional Water Sanctuary

6:15: Sound Healing

 Guests will also have optional access to cold plunge and sauna experiences.&#x20;
