Through healing touch, energy work, and the divine frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and the sacred sounds of other instruments, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system resets, emotions gently flow, and a deeper connection with yourself emerges.



After the session, we'll gather in community to integrate, reflect, and connect.



For those who wish to extend the experience, an optional Water Sanctuary journey with a sauna and cold plunge is open.
