ASSUMPTION OF RISK

	•	Outdoor activities such as hiking, yoga, breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, etc.
	•	Encounters with natural elements (wildlife, uneven terrain, weather conditions, etc.)
	•	Use of facilities, equipment, and accommodations
	•	Consumption of cacao, herbal teas, plant-based food, or other holistic offerings

I accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or death that may result from my participation, whether arising from natural causes, negligence, or otherwise.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

I release, waive, and discharge Madre Tierra Wellness Farm, its owners, facilitators, staff, and volunteers from all liability, claims, or causes of action related to any losses or injuries arising from participation.

I agree that Madre Tierra Wellness Farm is not liable for medical expenses, lost belongings, or any physical, emotional, or mental distress experienced during my time at the farm.


MEDICAL RELEASE

I certify that I am in good health and take full responsibility for any health conditions I may have. I authorize Madre Tierra Wellness Farm to seek medical treatment on my behalf in an emergency.
