Come play under the lights at Panther Park. Sphere Open Play is organized pickup soccer for adults 18+ with balanced teams, plenty of touches, and a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels.

Come solo or bring friends — we’ll take care of the teams.

Reserve your spot through SweatPals before arriving. Space is limited.

**Save with a membership:** Sphere 4 and Sphere 8 memberships include eligible Open Play sessions at Panther Park and offer a lower per-session price than drop-in play.

**Footwear:** No cleats are permitted. Please wear turf shoes or flat athletic shoes.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEMBERSHIP TERMS

I understand that participation in soccer, fitness activities, training, games, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other participants or objects, muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, head injuries, and other serious injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept the risks associated with these activities.

**RELEASE OF LIABILITY:** TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPARK SOCCER HEIGHTS LLC, PANTHER SOCCER, SPHERE, AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND FACILITY PARTNERS FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

I certify that I am physically able to participate or have consulted an appropriate medical professional regarding any condition that may affect my participation. I agree to stop participating and notify a coach if I feel injured, ill, dizzy, or otherwise unable to continue safely.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency medical assistance to be obtained on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for medical costs incurred as a result of my participation.

**MEMBERSHIP & BILLING**

Sphere memberships automatically renew at the selected membership rate and billing frequency until canceled.

Membership sessions must be booked through SweatPals and are subject to class availability. Unused monthly visits do not carry over unless specifically stated otherwise.

Memberships are valid only for eligible Sphere sessions at Panther Park unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through SweatPals. Cancellation stops future membership renewals but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law. Members may continue using any remaining eligible visits through the end of their current paid membership period, subject to availability.

By purchasing a membership or participating in a Sphere activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
