Starlight Women’s Circle is a weekly gathering by Sahuaro Souls centered around community, self-connection, movement, creativity, nourishment, and rest.
Each week follows a rotating theme inspired by the four phases of the moon and the four phases of the menstrual cycle. While every woman’s cycle is unique, the lunar cycle provides a framework for honoring our natural rhythms and knowing when to express, release, rest, and replenish.

Movement, dance, breathwork, and embodied expression to awaken energy, confidence, and connection.

🌖 REFLECT
Waning Moon • Luteal • Crafting
Creative practices, journaling, and reflection focused on intuition, processing, and letting go.

🌑 RENEW
New Moon • Menstruation • Sound
Sound healing, meditation, and restorative practices centered around rest, stillness, and renewal.

🌒 REPLENISH
Waxing Moon • Follicular • Nutrition
Nourishment, nutrition, self-care, and practices that support growth, vitality, and new beginnings.

REIGNITE → REFLECT → RENEW → REPLENISH → REPEAT

Each gathering offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of women coming together in community.
