Right, anyway. I'm John, and I build workouts for people who take their health seriously but (hopefully) don't always take themselves too seriously. Expect functional movement, outdoor settings, and programming that has a goalkeeper DNA to it — agility, power, plyometrics, endurance, and healthy amount of core.
