What if you gave yourself one hour where you did not have to solve anything, accomplish anything, or keep up with anything?



Our Sunday Sound Bath is a gentle, beginner-friendly experience designed to help you slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into a new week.



This class is especially supportive for people with busy schedules, parents, students, caregivers, professionals, or anyone who spends a lot of time in their head and finds it difficult to slow down or meditate on their own.

**In this class, you will receive:**

An opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and experience meditation in a way that does not require you to sit perfectly still or somehow “turn your thoughts off.”



For many beginners, traditional meditation can feel difficult because the mind keeps thinking.



That is completely okay.



During a sound bath, the sounds themselves can become something for your attention to gently rest on. Instead of trying to force your mind to become quiet, you can simply lie back, listen, breathe, and notice what is happening within you.



We begin with a short grounding practice and intention setting to help you arrive and get comfortable.



From there, you’ll settle into approximately **40 minutes of  sound** using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The changing tones, vibrations, and moments of silence create an environment where you can explore rest, stillness, and presence in your own way.



There is nothing you need to “do” during the sound bath.



You do not have to clear your mind.
You do not have to fall asleep.
You do not have to feel anything profound.
You do not have to experience the class the same way as anyone else.



Maybe you feel deeply relaxed.

Maybe your mind wanders.

Maybe you notice emotions, ideas, memories, or sensations.



Maybe you simply enjoy lying down for 40 minutes while someone else holds the space.



**All of those experiences are welcome.**



Everything offered throughout class is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels supportive for you.



🟢 **CLASS STRUCTURE AND FLOW**

🔅 **Welcome + Grounding:** Settle into the space, meet your facilitator, learn a little about sound healing, and choose an intention for your experience if you would like.



🔅 **Sound Bath Journey:** Get comfortable and receive approximately 40 minutes of sound using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Your only job is to listen, breathe, and allow yourself to be where you are.



🔅 **Integration + Reflection:** We slowly bring the experience to a close with grounding and a few moments to notice how you feel. You may journal, reflect quietly, or share with the group if you choose. **Sharing is always optional.**

🟢 **WHAT YOU MAY RECEIVE FROM THIS EXPERIENCE**

A sound bath can create an opportunity to slow down and notice how much your body and mind may have been carrying.



You may experience greater relaxation, quieter thoughts, physical ease, emotional reflection, or a greater sense of presence.



Some people leave feeling rested.

Some leave feeling energized.

Some leave with a new idea or realization.



And sometimes the most valuable thing that happens is much simpler:

**you gave yourself an hour to stop.**



That is part of what Sunday Sound Bath is about.



Creating a regular space to come back to yourself so you can move into your week with a little more awareness, presence, and capacity for the life you are creating outside of the room.
