This 60-minute rhythmic vinyasa practice weaves together yoga, pranayama, music, and fluid movement, syncing breath tempo with rhythm and flow. Expect intentional sequencing, musicality, moments of stillness, and an energizing yet grounding atmosphere to carry you into the weekend feeling connected, vibrant, and alive.
