Join Crystal Yoga Houston for our SUP Yoga Grand Opening at beautiful Towne Lake Cypress. Using premium BOGA Yoga paddleboards, you’ll move through a fun, beginner-friendly yoga flow while floating on the lake. The gentle movement of the water creates a unique challenge for balance, focus, and core strength, all while surrounded by peaceful scenery.

No paddleboarding or yoga experience is necessary. We’ll begin with a brief introduction on land before heading onto the water, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
