This is a safe, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are, connect with community, and practice together.



Move with your breath, build strength, and create space to reconnect with your body and mind while soaking in the beauty of the beach at sunset.



**Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early** to find a spot, get settled, and join us for brief introductions before we begin.

To close out our practice, we'll take a **walk along the beach to watch the sunset, meet one another, and build community**. It's a relaxed opportunity to connect, reflect, and enjoy the evening together.

YOGA PARTICIPATION WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 
I understand that participation in yoga classes, workshops, and related activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other injuries that may occur during or after participation.
 
I voluntarily choose to participate in yoga activities offered at Open Barrio and instructed by Open Barrio
 
Assumption of Risk
 
I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation in yoga classes and related activities. I acknowledge that participation is entirely at my own risk.
 
Health Acknowledgment
 
I represent that I am physically capable of participating in yoga activities and have consulted with a medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Instructor of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, physical limitation, or other circumstance that may affect my participation.
 
I agree to listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and immediately stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or injury.
 
Release and Waiver of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Instructor, Open Barrio, their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in yoga classes, workshops, events, or activities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.
 
This release applies to personal injury, illness, property damage, economic loss, wrongful death claims, and any other damages that may arise from participation.
 
Indemnification
 
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Instructor and Open Barrio from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, attorney's fees, or expenses arising from my actions, conduct, or participation in the activities.
 
No Medical Advice
 
I understand that yoga instruction is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. The Instructor is not a physician or healthcare provider and makes no representations regarding the medical benefits of participation.
 
Emergency Medical Care
 
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Instructor and Open Barrio to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical costs.
 
Photo and Video Release (Optional)
 
I grant permission to Open Barrio and the Instructor to use photographs or video recordings of me taken during classes for promotional and educational purposes.
