Join us at The Healing Tree Collective for a beginner-friendly Tai Chi experience combining intentional movement, breath, and meditation.
🕯️ Doors open 10 minutes before class
🧘 All levels + beginners welcome
👥 Limited to 12 guests
This class is an opportunity to step away from the fast pace of everyday life and explore what it feels like to move slowly, intentionally, and with awareness.
Rooted in Chow-style Tai Chi, the practice incorporates elements of Chen, Wu, and Yang styles. You’ll be guided through gentle, low-impact movements while using your breath to stay present and connected to your body.
And you do not need to know Tai Chi before coming❤️
The movements are simplified and taught progressively, giving you an opportunity to learn as you go and explore the practice at your own pace.

THIS EXPERIENCE MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You want to move your body without an intense workout.
You’ve been feeling stressed, mentally busy, or disconnected from your body. You’re curious about Tai Chi but have never known where to begin.
WHY TAI CHI?
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese practice that brings together slow movement, breath, balance, and focused attention.
One of the things that makes Tai Chi so unique is how intentionally slow it can be.
Most of us spend our days moving quickly. We’re rushing from one thing to another, thinking about what needs to happen next, answering messages, working, driving, taking care of people, and carrying a lot in our minds.
Tai Chi asks you to do something very different:
Slow down and pay attention to how you are moving.
As you move through each form, you begin noticing your breath, your balance, where you’re holding tension, how your feet connect with the ground, and what is happening inside your body.
The slow movement is part of the practice.
WHAT TO BRING
Water and comfortable clothing you can easily move in.
