No meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and give yourself time to slow down, clear your mind, and recharge.

Please wear comfortable clothing. You’re welcome to bring a blanket, eye mask, journal, water, or anything that helps you relax. Recliners, mats, and chairs are available.

Open to all levels. Space is limited, so advance registration is required.
