Join us for a cozy evening of candlelit restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, meditation, and a soothing sound bath.&#x20;



Take a pause from the busyness of life and give yourself 60 minutes to unwind, slow down, and simply be.



This experience is designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself through deep rest and stillness.



No previous yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be held by the soft candlelight, restorative poses, and calming sounds.

By participating in any YogE Studio event, I acknowledge that wellness activities may include yoga, stretching, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, and other movement or relaxation practices. I understand that participation is voluntary and that these activities may involve physical exertion or other risks.

I agree to listen to my body, participate only at a level that feels appropriate for me, and stop or modify an activity if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

I understand that YogE Studio, its instructors, hosts, and venue are not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with my voluntary participation, except where prohibited by law.

By registering for or attending a YogE Studio event, I confirm that I have read and agree to this waiver and release.
