Strictly Strength is our signature outdoor strength and conditioning class designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, increase confidence, and become part of an incredible fitness community.

Every workout is different. Throughout the weeks you'll experience functional strength training, conditioning, cardio, core work, athletic movement, team challenges, and full-body workouts that keep your body progressing and your workouts exciting.

Whether you're just getting started or you're looking to push yourself to the next level, every workout can be modified to meet you where you are.

By participating in ARO’s Fitness Movement classes, workouts, or events, I acknowledge that physical exercise and outdoor fitness activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, dizziness, cardiovascular complications, and outdoor/environmental conditions.
I voluntarily choose to participate and understand that I am responsible for exercising within my personal limits and informing coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns.
I release and discharge Avery Rehnan Overmiller, ARO’s Fitness LLC, ARO’s Fitness Movement, its coaches, trainers, staff, affiliates, property partners, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in workouts, classes, events, or activities.
I understand that:
• RSVP is required for all classes and events
• A minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is encouraged when possible
• Missed classes and late cancellations may be non-refundable
• Outdoor classes may be relocated, delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns
• Photos/videos may be captured during workouts for promotional and social media purposes
• Respectful and positive behavior is expected within the ARO’s Fitness community
ARO’s Fitness reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any individual displaying disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
By continuing with registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
