You’ll move through both standing and seated poses to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop relaxation techniques that support your physical and mental well-being. This mixed-level class welcomes beginners, with modifications offered throughout.

Yoga

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that participation in any fitness class, program, workshop, or activity is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that I should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional prior to beginning any physical activity.

I recognize that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any serious illness, injury, or physical limitation prior to participating in each class. I agree to participate at a level appropriate for my abilities and to refrain from any movement or activity that causes pain, strain, or discomfort.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages—whether known or unknown—that may occur as a result of my participation in classes, programs, or workshops.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I expressly waive, release, and discharge Yoga on Main, its owners, instructors, staff, and the building landlord from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, property damage, or death resulting from participation in any activity, including those caused by negligence or other acts.

I fully understand the risks and hazards associated with physical activity and agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives, will bring any claim or legal action against Yoga on Main, its instructors, staff, or the building landlord.
