The first 40 minutes of class feature a gentle-to-moderate Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on stretching, mobility, restoration, and breath awareness. You’ll move through intentional sequences that help release tension, improve circulation, and create balance throughout the body. The final 20 minutes transition into a relaxing sound healing journey, allowing your mind and body to fully absorb the benefits of your practice while resting in a state of deep relaxation.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers the perfect combination of movement and stillness to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
