**VinYin: Flow + Deep Release**

A balanced practice blending the energizing movement of Vinyasa with the slow, grounding stillness of Yin.

We’ll begin with a mindful Vinyasa flow to warm the body, connect breath with movement, build strength, and release stagnant energy. From there, we’ll transition into Yin—slowing down and settling into longer-held poses that gently work into the deeper connective tissues and fascia.

This practice is an invitation to move, soften, breathe, and come back into your body. Expect a blend of movement and stillness designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health and well-being. I agree to listen to my body, modify as needed, and inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions.

I hereby release and hold harmless Madre Tierra Wellness Farm and all instructors from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
