This session is beginner-friendly and its designed to teach you how to weightlift with proper form and progressive overload.

This class will be small and very personal with only 10 people. Get your ticket today! 

Please arrive 10-15 mins before class to allow enough time to set up equipment for class. 

Additional Notes: Parking can be found at the Belmont Harbor North Lot. When you arrive to the field house (3701 N Recreation Dr) keep on walking straight towards the Lake. Once you arrive to the entrance of the Lake turn left and follow the music - you will find the Weightlifting Club 😊 

Please note that class is weather dependant. If it rains, we will push class to Sunday and you will be notified asap.
