10:15 AM — Yoga
Flow, stretch, and reset with an energizing yoga practice.

 

11:15 AM — Pilates
Build strength, improve mobility, and connect with your body through Pilates.

 

12:15 PM — Yoga Sculpt
Turn up the energy with a full body sculpt combining yoga, strength, and cardio.
