We're running a Women's Only Kickboxing class at Pressure and honestly? It's going to be a vibe.



Come in and let loose. You'll learn real kickboxing; actual technique, real combinations, real kicks!   Not a watered-down version of it. Our coaches are going to push you, hype you up, and make sure you leave feeling like an absolute badass.



First time? Perfect. Been training for years? Even better. This class was built for all of it.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INHERENT RISKS OF TRAINING
I understand that participation at Pressure Gym includes physically demanding activities that involve inherent risks of injury, serious bodily harm, permanent disability, and death. These activities include, but are not limited to:
Boxing
Kickboxing
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Kettlebell training
Pad work
Heavy bag training
Partner drills
Sparring (light, technical, or full contact)
Grappling and clinch work
Wrestling and takedown drills
Ground fighting and submission training
Strength and conditioning
Agility and plyometric exercises
Functional fitness
Cardiovascular conditioning
Warm-up and cool-down exercises
Open gym workouts
Personal training
Group fitness classes
I understand that these activities may involve striking, kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, throwing, falling, rapid movements, lifting, explosive exercises, physical contact with other participants, and the use of specialized equipment.
I acknowledge that participation may result in injuries including, but not limited to:
Cuts and bruises
Muscle strains and sprains
Torn ligaments or tendons
Joint injuries
Broken bones
Dislocated joints
Facial injuries
Dental injuries
Eye injuries
Concussions and traumatic brain injuries
Neck and spinal injuries
Internal injuries
Heat exhaustion or heat stroke
Cardiac events
Paralysis
Permanent disability
Death
I understand that these risks may arise from physical contact with instructors or other participants, accidental collisions, falls, equipment failure, improper technique, overexertion, environmental conditions, or other foreseeable and unforeseeable hazards associated with combat sports and high-intensity fitness training.

Participants may use equipment including, but not limited to:
Boxing gloves
Hand wraps
Shin guards
Headgear
Mouthguards
Focus mitts
Thai pads
Heavy bags
Double-end bags
Speed bags
Kettlebells
Dumbbells
Barbells
Resistance bands
Medicine balls
Battle ropes
Plyometric boxes
Jump ropes
Mats and flooring
Cardio equipment
Participants agree to inspect equipment before use, use equipment only as instructed, and immediately report damaged or unsafe equipment to staff.
SPARRING AND CONTACT TRAINING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that boxing, kickboxing, and MMA training may include controlled contact drills and sparring. I acknowledge that, even when supervised and conducted with protective equipment, contact training carries an increased risk of serious injury, including concussion, fractures, joint injuries, and other traumatic injuries.
I understand that protective equipment reduces—but does not eliminate—the risk of injury.
I agree to follow all instructions from coaches and instructors regarding sparring intensity, safety procedures, and required protective equipment.

MEDIA RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION
I understand that Pressure Gym, LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, photographers, videographers, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, successors, assigns, and authorized representatives ("Gym") may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, name, statements, performance, or other identifying characteristics while I am present at or participating in activities at the Gym.
I hereby grant Pressure Gym an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and authorization to photograph, film, videotape, audio record, livestream, and otherwise capture my likeness.
I authorize Pressure Gym to use, reproduce, edit, modify, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, transmit, license, and otherwise use these photographs, videos, audio recordings, digital media, and other content in any format or medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to:
Social media platforms
The Pressure Gym website
Advertising and marketing campaigns
Print advertisements
Digital advertisements
Television or streaming media
Promotional videos
Educational materials
Training materials
Newsletters
Press releases
Event promotions
Merchandise
Any other lawful business or promotional purpose
I understand that my name may or may not be used in connection with such media.
I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation, royalties, ownership interest, or other payment for the creation or use of any photographs, videos, recordings, or other media in which I appear.
I waive any right to inspect, review, approve, or object to the finished product, its use, any accompanying text or captions, or any future modifications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge Pressure Gym and its representatives from claims arising from the authorized use of my likeness, including claims relating to rights of publicity or privacy. This release does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Unless revoked in writing and to the extent permitted by applicable law, this authorization shall remain in effect indefinitely and shall survive the termination of my membership or participation at Pressure Gym. Any revocation will apply only to future uses and will not require Pressure Gym to remove or discontinue use of materials that were created, published, or distributed before the effective date of the revocation.
By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Media Release and voluntarily consent to its terms.
