Join **us** for **Free** Yoga at Cultured South — a gentle, grounded yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reset.







My teaching style -



Is relaxed and approachable, with an emphasis on moving at your own pace, listening to your body, and taking modifications or breaks whenever you need them. Expect intentional movement, simple breath work, and plenty of time to settle into each pose. No rushing and no pressure to perform.



We’ll begin with a gentle warm up, move into an  all-levels flow to build some heat, and gradually slow things down.&#x20;





**All levels are welcome**&#x20;
Bring a yoga mat, water, and whatever you need to feel comfortable.
