Join us for a mid-day reset every Tuesday from 11:30–12:30 with Lexi!

Each week, Lexi will guide you through a variety of modalities designed to help you recharge, reset, and feel your best—so you can carry that energy through the rest of your day and week.

Expect a mix of classes each Tuesday, including Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Cacao Circle, and Slow Flow + Meditation.

Acknowledgment and Participation Agreement
We’re thrilled that you’re joining us to explore and enhance your well-being through our diverse range of therapies involving exposure to varying temperatures and wellness activities. Our offerings include:
Therapy Sessions: Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
Physical Activities: Moderate exercises and breathwork to include Yoga.
Your Safety, Our Priority:

You are encouraged to listen to your body and stop participation if discomfort arises.
Our instructors are here to guide you, but monitoring your comfort level is crucial.
Health Screening: Before participating, please confirm the following:

No recent major heart issues or surgeries.
No pacemakers or severe cardiac conditions.
Not currently pregnant.
No severe reactions to cold or heat.
Free from major blood or circulatory disorders.
No influence of drugs or alcohol.
No electrically Implanted devices such as insulin pumps.

Waiver and Release of Liability: By participating, you agree to waive any claims for personal injury or death related to your voluntary participation in our activities. You understand that these activities may pose risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death.

You agree to follow all instructions and use the equipment as directed.
You are aware of the risks and are in good health to participate.
You agree to indemnify Optimyze against any claims arising from your participation.
