Add some spice to your Monday! If you want a fun, full body challenge that will build strength, tone your muscles and increase stamina, this weekly series is for you.  Bring a mat, bring a friend and join us for a 60-minute yoga flow with glute/core combos driven to high energy music.



Class will be held at Imprint Lofts in South Loop-Printers Row on the 5th flr yoga terrace🌿
