Start your Wednesday grounded.&#x20;

Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class led by Nick Makuch inside the beautiful Casa de Luz Village Auditorium.&#x20;

This weekly morning flow is designed to wake up the body, open the breath, and set the tone for the day ahead.

Arrive a little early to explore the Casa de Luz Village grounds, a peaceful community space nestled in South Austin.&#x20;

After class, head over to Sweatcity to continue your recovery with a sauna and cold plunge session.
