of the **Miami Ruck Club** that has impacted so many lives through fitness, inspiration, and overall mental well-being. This community is led by Marines, diverse, and for anyone who is willing to carry the weight then *shed it* together!

ONE **RUCK**. ONE **COMMUNITY.**

**LOCATION:**

We are excited to take you back to where it all began...*South Point, South Beach, FL*!!!\*\*\*\* Look for the American flag and the Marine Corps Flag! We will end at the VFW Miami Beach Post 3559 and celebrate this milestone with local vendors!!!

**GEAR LIST:**

**\~**&#x57;ater source (water bottles will be available as well)

**\~**&#x53;unscreen
**\~**&#x41; backpack (No more than 20- 30lbs inside for beginners)
**\~**&#x57;eight vest or flak (optional)
**\~**&#x46;itness or workout clothes (light material for safety)

\~Tennis/workout shoes or hiking boots

**PARKING:**

There's plenty of paid parking on site and in the surrounding area.

**FIRST TIMERS:**

\~Grab any pack that sits comfortably on your back and put 5-7 shirts/pants or 4 rolled up towels with 1L water inside centered. The Goal is to have your pack around 15- 20lbs or within reason of your fitness level.  Don't worry, we will gladly assist you!
