Do you love music, to teach games and exercise while playing?

Do you believe in the power of our thoughts and words and the importance of learning at an early age how to manage our emotions?

Then, this training is for you!
This program is an offer for yoga teachers, parents, school teachers, therapists, sport leaders, caregivers and all professionals who work with kids that want to continue their education.

This is a 12hrs Continuing Education Program -YACEP completed by the course of a weekend (6 hours each day)

\- Intro to Yoga and Mindfulness
\- Child development and Multiple intelligence
\- Yoga poses for every age and stage
\- Games
\- Songs and Music ideas
\- Breathing exercises
\- Mindfulness exercises
\- Relaxation techniques

You will receive a certificate upon completion and the pertinent information you need to to start teaching yoga for kids.

About the teacher:

Carolina Figares is an ERYT500 yoga alliance certified yoga teacher.
She is a provider of YACEP- continuing education programs.
Carolina also coordinates teacher trainings, workshops and international retreats.

with studies on hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, prenatal and yoga for children certified trainer at yoga kids and peaceful babes.

She has a degree in psychology which assists her as an agent to support self-discovering and self-transformation. she also has completed the Florida early child care and education training (special needs).

She is the author of kids yoga book
“My first sun salutation” in collaboration with Pato Segovia, Uruguayan illustrator.
