1746 is a sphere- co-ed community soccer based workout: 17 minutes of movement, 46 minutes of small-sided soccer. All levels welcome. Light intervals, bodyweight work, and a fun rotation format. No egos, good energy and new teammates.

• Rotating teams between workout + play
• Small-sided games with a weighted size 3 sphere ball
• Goals aren't tracked, but they're celebrated
Game Rules
• Stay upright; avoid going into goals
• No corner defending; take it easyon the sidelines
• Try to keep passes/shots on the ground
• Shooter retrieves their ball
• We wear different color pennies but we are one team
