Join us on **Sunday, March 8th at 8 AM at Gilbert Regional Park** for the **1st Phorm Community 5K Ruck/Run**.&#x20;



We’ll gather **under the ramada by the pond at the back of the park** before heading out together for the 5K.



This event is open to **all fitness levels** and designed to bring the community together through movement. Whether you choose to **run** or **ruck** (a weighted walk), you’re welcome to go at your own pace, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy being active with others.



There’s no cost to participate—just show up, bring a friend if you’d like, and come ready to move. The focus is on effort, consistency, and connection, not speed or perfection.
