About this event
Get ready for a fun, feel-good way to kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend 🍀
-------------------------------------------------
Join us for a 1st Phorm Community 5K Walk/Ruck — a St. Paddy’s Day–themed meetup focused on movement, connection, and community. Whether you’re walking, rucking, or just getting outside for some steps, this event is all about showing up and moving your body together before the weekend festivities begin.
-------------------------------------------------
Wear green, bring a backpack or weighted vest if you want to ruck (optional), and expect a relaxed, welcoming vibe. This is NOT a race — all fitness levels are welcome.
Protein coffee, protein shakes, and protein snacks will be provided. Everyone who shows up will receive 1st Phorm samples, and there will be plenty of time to chat, meet new people, and connect with the local Phamily.
--------------------------------------------------
✨ Who can attend:
This event is open to Legionnaires, friends, family, and anyone in the community — you do NOT need to be a Legionnaire to join. These events are meant to be Phamily meetups, and kids (and dogs) are welcome too!
Come move, connect, and kick off St. Paddy’s weekend the right way 🍀💪🏼

Please enter the Topgolf Fort Worth address into your GPS. We will be meeting in the Topgolf parking lot, which is located right next to the Trinity River Trails Riverside Trailhead. Once everyone arrives, we’ll walk together from the parking lot to the trailhead to start the 5K.
Look for the group wearing green and 1st Phorm apparel — I’ll be there early to check people in and hand out samples.
