Sunset Workout at the Park 🌅💪

Join us for a free sunset workout in the park led by our team using the Fit Truck mobile gym. We’ll combine fun field workouts with simple strength and conditioning to create a high-energy session that anyone can jump into. All fitness levels are welcome, and the focus is on moving, challenging yourself, and having a great time with the community!

We’ll have pre and post-workout nutrition available along with Phorm Energy to keep you fueled and ready to go! Whether you’re looking for a solid workout, a way to meet new people, or just an excuse to get outside and move, come hang with us and get after it.
