We meet up, do a quick warm-up, and head out on a 2-mile loop that’s flat and social—perfect for all paces, whether you’re walking, jogging, or sprinting. There’s free water and fruit at the finish and plenty of good vibes to keep you motivated. It’s more than just a run—it’s a movement.

CORAL SPRINTS RUN CLUB – LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING

By participating in any activity organized by Coral Sprints Run Club, I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in group runs, walks, and other related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: trips and falls, collisions with other participants or obstacles, weather conditions, physical exertion, and traffic hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation in any Coral Sprints Run Club event or activity.
	2.	Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in Coral Sprints Run Club activities, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Coral Sprints Run Club and its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or death, regardless of fault.
	3.	Landlord Indemnification and Release
I further acknowledge that Coral Sprints Run Club meets and organizes its events in a public area located within The Walk at Coral Springs shopping plaza. I agree to release and hold harmless the property owners, landlords, and property management entities, including but not limited to:

	•	University Centre West, Ltd.
	•	University Centre West III, Ltd.
	•	UCW Land LLC
	•	Coral Springs Trade Center, Ltd.
	•	TC West, LLC
	•	Amera Realty Services, Inc.

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in Coral Sprints Run Club events on their premises.
	4.	Fitness to Participate
I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in walking, running, or other physical activities, and I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any concerns.
	5.	Use of Likeness
I grant permission to Coral Sprints Run Club to use photographs, video, or other media taken during events that may include my image or likeness for promotional and informational purposes.
	6.	Binding Agreement
I understand that this waiver is binding upon me and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida. If any portion is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY CORAL SPRINTS RUN CLUB EVENT, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS CONDITIONS.
