### In this Yoga Teacher Training, you’ll initiate your journey into sharing the gift of yoga, whether it’s in front of a classroom, with friends and family, or more deeply with yourself. Through an exploration of yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, teaching skills, chakras, and other essential skills, you will find your authentic voice and self in the seat of the teacher.





### During our time together, we will step onto the mat as a gateway to self-reflection and growth. Our goal is to prepare you for sharing yoga in the way that serves your unique and wild heart. You’ll have many opportunities to apply what you're learning in a practical way, through teaching and also through everyday life. By the end of YTT, you will be able to teach a full class safely and confidently and show up for yourself and others with more grace and compassion.



### The training meets the requirements set by Yoga Alliance for a 200-hour RYT certification. By completing, you will be able to register with YA and seek employment as a full or part-time yoga teacher.



### Meeting every other weekend, this YTT provides time and space to digest teachings and topics to a well-rounded integration, all while leaving time and space for your other life happenings.

  * ### - Dive deep into the ancient teachings of Yogic Philosophy; learn how to apply this wisdom on and off the mat
  * ### - Safely practice,  embody, and teach physical yoga postures with proper alignment
  * ### - Learn variations of poses and how to make class accessible for all body types
  * ### - Understand functional anatomy and physiology of the human body including:
    * ### the skeleton, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints
    * ### function of the spine
    * ### planes of movement
    * ### bodily systems
  * ### - Learn to teach several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Beginner, Prenatal, Power, Yoga Nidra
  * ### - Learn the art of effective cueing
  * ### - Learn how to sequence safe, intelligent, and memorable classes. Students will leave YTT with 7 complete unique sequences.
  * ### - Find your unique and authentic voice as a teacher
  * ### - Discover the art of theming classes and interweaving philosophy and story-telling
  * ### - Cultivate a sustainable meditation and Yoga Nidra practice
  * ### - Gain knowledge, personal and teaching experience of Pranayama, breathing techniques
  * ### - Acquire an understanding of the Subtle Energetic Bodies
    * ### - Chakras, Koshas, Doshas, Bandhas
  * ### - Explore the Science of Sound through experience and teachings (Solfeggio hertz frequencies)

Welcome to Wild Heart Yoga Teacher Training! Our 200 Hour YTT is August 28th- December 6th, 2026.

SCHEDULE: Trainees meet 9 weekends on Friday 6-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm.   

DEPOSIT & TUITION

Deposit: a $700 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment.

Full Tuition: including deposit, is $3,400

Early Bird Tuition: $2,900, when paid in full by May 1, 2026

Balance Payment: Tuition is due in full by August 14, 2026.  This balance will be auto-drafted on August 14th, to the card on file.

Registrations after this date will include a $200 late enrollment fee — this helps us lovingly cover the extra time, energy, and printing costs of preparing your up-to-date manuals and materials so they’re ready the moment you arrive. Students registering late understand that $200 is automatically added at checkout and cannot be waived after August 14th.


PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available via Affirm, through Shopify/ShopPay. All payment plan must be completed on or before August 14, 2026, for tuition to be considered Paid in Full. 

Students understand that the price listed for tuition on this platform does not include the $700 non-refundable deposit and that the deposit is paid directly to Wild Heart Yoga at time of booking, and the remaining balance can be financed.  Interest and terms are determined by Affirm, a third party company.  Wild Heart Yoga is not affiliated with Affirm and is not responsible for communication, terms or conditions, between the student and Affirm.  All training refund and cancellation policies are upheld. Wild Heart Yoga is not a bank and is, therefore, unable to offer in-house payment plans.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once tuition has been paid in full on August 14, 2026, or after for students registering late, no refunds are permitted. In the event that the trainee makes the decision to withdraw from teacher training for any reason or is unable to attend or complete training as planned, they understand that the full cost of tuition is non-refundable. In the case that a trainee withdraws from yoga teacher training, they may have the option to transfer to another 200-HR Wild Heart Yoga Training to complete their certification. Students must be in good and ethical standing with the studio and teachers for a transfer to be approved. Transfers are available one time, and only within local trainings only.  Students will have up to 2 years to use their transfer credit. Tuition credits expire after 2 years (August 28, 2028). Tuition may not be transferred to another student.

While the training will be filled with moments of joy, connection, and inspiration, it is also a program that requires effort, focus, and time management. This is not a retreat or a vacation—it’s a sacred container for learning, growth, reflection, and practice. On a retreat, offerings are often optional and the experience can feel like a wellness getaway. In contrast, a teacher training is a structured educational program with clear expectations, required hours, and accountability to both yourself and the group. This is a sacred container that asks for your full presence and commitment.

By enrolling in this training, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your experience—how you show up for yourself, your teachers, and your fellow trainees. Your presence, energy, and engagement contribute to the collective journey we’re on together.


ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCE POLICY

Attendance is essential to fulfilling the requirements of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. In accordance with Yoga Alliance standards, students must complete all 200 hours of training. While full attendance is expected, we recognize that occasional absences may be necessary due to pre-planned travel or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the following guidelines apply:

All requests must be pre-approved by the lead training.  Requests for time off must be submitted in writing via email to the lead teacher as soon as the need is anticipated. Absences will only be considered if approved in advance by the lead teacher. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted. Each request will be reviewed based on the program’s requirements and the student’s circumstances, but approval is not guaranteed.  The maximum amount of missed time that may be approved is no more than 20 hours. If more than 20 hours are missed, the trainee may have the option to attend a future 200-HR YTT weekend.

Making Up Missed Time:
For any approved absence, the student will be required to complete make-up work assigned by the lead teacher to satisfy the certification requirements. Make-up work will be in the form of assignments at the teacher’s discretion that may include continued education modules, one-on-one time with a teacher or mentor, or other custom assignments. The make-up cost for a missed half day (1-4 hours) is $150. The make-up cost for a missed full day (4-8 hours) is $300. The make-up cost for a missed weekend or 20 hours is $400.  
      • A half day is defined as 1-4 hours. 
      • A full day is defined as 4-8 hours.

Rates are not prorated, and the full amount is due by the defined terms. Payment for make-up work is due 7 days after the missed time and will auto-draft to the card on file.

Students who miss more than 20 hours may be eligible to make up these hours by taking a future YTT module. The cost for this module will be the full price at which the module is set for incoming teachers, not to exceed $750.

EXPECTATIONS:

Trainees understand that through the course of this YTT, they are required to meet in-person for 9 weekends   Additional outside homework including readings, class observations, in-person meet-ups with mentors and fellow trainees are required outside of our scheduled YTT weekends and online meetings. These hours are a part of the 200 hours of training. Class requirements for teacher training include 2 classes per week at Wild Heart Yoga through the duration of YTT. Trainees are required to arrive at the studio 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after each class.  

By signing up for this training, you understand that completion of all hours, assignments, and outside classes, are due within the due dates provided to receive your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Students who do not complete the hours and assignments required during the course of training will not be in good standing with Yoga Alliance and will not be eligible to receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.  

INFO SESSIONS

All trainees are required to attend a YTT Info Session at Wild Heart Yoga. Info Sessions are free and open to the general public, where we discuss details of training and hold space for students to ask questions and learn more about the teacher training program they are interested in. These can be attended in person or via Zoom. Wild Heart Yoga is available to schedule phone calls or in-person meetings to answer any questions about Yoga Teacher Training. We encourage all students to reach out to Wild Heart Yoga to answer any questions that they may have so they can be certain that teacher training is a good fit for them. Wild Heart operates from a place of transparency and integrity, providing multiple resources for trainees to gain information, details, and ask questions about our 200 & 300 Hour Teacher Trainings. Wild Heart Yoga is not responsible for trainees who opt out of utilizing the resources available.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is the possibility that some of this training moves to online and/or virtual modules and/or are rescheduled. Wild Heart Yoga will do everything it can to avoid rescheduling or moving modules, though in the case that they are moved, trainees are required to attend. Per Yoga Alliance’s rules and regulations, attendance of these will be required in order to complete the YTT program. If a module or day is rescheduled, and a trainee is unable to attend the newly scheduled time due to pre-arranged travel plans or previous commitments, Wild Heart Yoga will work with the trainee to make up this time. Refunds will not be permitted in the case that this training or portions of this training are moved online or rescheduled.
